We're now offering our shallow water Lifeguards $12.25/hr plus great benefits and a fun working environment. Being a shallow water guard means no waterparks, no wave pools-you are able to take care of our guests and look out for their safety at our beautiful resort pools!

Education requirements

• Must keep current with all certifications and training required to comply with the Ellis Lifeguard Certification Program.

Experience requirements

• No experience necessary - we will train!

Qualifications

• Strong swimming skills required.
• Responsible for the safety of all guests in the pool areas, demonstrating professional and consistent adherence to all pool safety standards.
• Must be able to work at least 4 shifts per week.
• Must be available on the weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing exceptional service to guests at the pool.
• Greet guest at the pool area.
• Provide pool towels.
• Set up, refresh, and tear down cabanas.
• Execute all water safety and rescue procedures in accordance with current Ellis Standards.

Work hours

• Full-time and part-time opportunities. Hours vary.
